Overview

The Soeteck AICoolit™ In-Row CDU Coolant Distribution Unit is a high-performance row-level liquid cooling coolant distribution unit designed for cold-plate liquid-cooled data centers, HPC (High-Performance Computing) clusters, and intelligent computing centers. It is well-suited for modular deployments with over 10 liquid-cooled cabinets, effectively addressing the needs of high-computing scenarios such as meteorological simulation, gene sequencing, and AI large model training.

With a cooling capacity spanning from 350kW to 600kW, this unit incorporates redundant configurations for key components like pumps, control sensors, and filters, as well as an independent leakage monitoring system. This design ensures uninterrupted cooling during maintenance or faults, and its precise control over inlet/outlet temperatures and water pressure drop allows it to fit various liquid cooling system demands.

For operation and maintenance, the CDU enables real-time online water quality monitoring and online coolant replacement, ensuring optimal system performance. It also integrates industrial communication protocols such as Modbus and BACnet, supporting remote data monitoring and fault early warning to boost data center management efficiency. Its focus on flexible deployment and high reliability makes it a dependable option for large-scale liquid cooling environments.

Key Features

High Cooling Capacity

  • Provides a powerful cooling capacity range of 200kW-600kW, which is crucial for effectively handling the heat produced by computing equipment in cold-plate liquid-cooled data centers, HPC clusters, and intelligent computing centers. This ensures that servers and other hardware operate within optimal temperature ranges, avoiding overheating and potential performance issues.

Superior System Reliability

  • Key components utilize redundant configurations, including pumps, control sensors, filters, and an independent leak detection system. This redundancy means there are backup components ready to take over in case of a failure, guaranteeing uninterrupted cooling supply during maintenance or when faults happen.

Convenient Online Maintenance

  • Enables real-time online water quality detection, allowing administrators to constantly monitor the condition of the coolant. This helps in maintaining the coolant in an optimal state for efficient heat transfer.
  • Supports online coolant replacement, meaning the system can be serviced and the coolant refreshed without shutting down the entire unit. This reduces downtime and ensures the system operates at peak performance at all times.

Advanced Remote Management

  • Integrates industry-standard communication protocols such as Modbus and BACnet, allowing for seamless integration with existing building management systems.
  • Facilitates remote data monitoring, enabling operators to track critical parameters like temperature, pressure, and flow rate from a central location.
  • Offers fault early warning capabilities, sending alerts when potential issues are detected. This allows for proactive maintenance and reduces the risk of unexpected system outages.

Applications

  • Cold-plate liquid-cooled data centers
  • HPC (High-Performance Computing) clusters
  • Intelligent computing centers for AI model training
